Mold Manufacturing Work Flow:Step#0: To prepare quotation for evaluation according to customers' drawings or samples.Step#1: When project kick off, our engineer team will hold an internal meeting to review the project requirements, and provide DFM analysis or Mold Flow analysis for double checking of the key data, to avoid any misunderstanding or potential risks.Step#2: We will draft the mold drawing after DFM confirmed, so you would have an idea about the mold structure and dimension.Step#3: During the mold machining, we will keep close communicate with you, and send Mold Progress Report weekly. Then you can know about the project progress timely.Step#4: After finishing the mold, we will test the mold, and provide samples for you to test the part quality / function /Assembly. You can give us your feedback if any problem for us to improve. 1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
Green Vitality Industry is a mold manufacturer with over 25 years experiences, we are happy to show pictures or vedio of our workshop, and welcome to visit our factory.
2. Which kind of product can you make?
Precision plastic injection mold & mass production for plastic molding parts.
3. Do you support OEM?
Yes, Green Vitality can produce customized parts by technical drawings or samples, actually above 90% of our products are OEM.
4. If no 3D drawing or samples, how should I start the new project?
You can tell us your idea (sketch or picture with sizes), we will help to finish the 3D drawing design.
5. How about the samples?
We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold, and then deliver the samples for you to test.
6. How about the mould modify?
You can tell us your feedback after you test the sample. If there is any dimension different from the drawing, we will modify the mold for free and then make the new samples.
7. How about the proprietary rights of the mold?
The mold belong to the customer who pay for it. Green Vitality Industry to maintain and keep the mold only for the customer.
8. What kind of trade terms can you do?
EX-WORKS, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP
9. What is your terms of payment?
For molds: 40% deposit, mid term 40% upon first shot of sample, final 20% after samples confimed but before shipment.
For parts: 50% deposit, balance 50% before shipment.
10. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 40 days ( 30 days for mold and 10 days for mass production), it depens on how complex of the part design and structure.
11. What information needs for quotation of Plastic Parts?
1) 2D drawing with weight, 3D drawing, or sample
2) Part material: ABS, PP, POM, PC, PS etc.
3) Part Annually forecast or minimum order quantity
