Mold Manufacturing Work Flow:
Step#0: To prepare quotation for evaluation according to customers' drawings or samples.
Step#1: When project kick off, our engineer team will hold an internal meeting to review the project requirements, and provide DFM analysis or Mold Flow analysis for double checking of the key data, to avoid any misunderstanding or potential risks.
Step#2: We will draft the mold drawing after DFM confirmed, so you would have an idea about the mold structure and dimension.
Step#3: During the mold machining, we will keep close communicate with you, and send Mold Progress Report weekly. Then you can know about the project progress timely.
Step#4: After finishing the mold, we will test the mold, and provide samples for you to test the part quality / function /
Assembly. You can give us your feedback if any problem for us to improve. Mold Test Report, Part Dimensional Report, Tooling Evaluation & Approval Report would be provided.
Step#5: Only getting your confirmation, we will arrange shipment.

A2:Green Vitality is located in Shajing, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China.
40 minutes from Bao 'an International Airport by car, 45 minutes from train station to our factory.Q3: What we need for mould quote?
A: Usually we need the following information,
(1) Mould steel raw material you require or mould life you require.
(2) Mould cavity no. you want?
(3) 2D or 3D product drawing, or pictures with detail sizes information (length, width, height, thickness), or send samples directly to us.
(4) Raw material of the product.
(5) Hot runner or cold runner, if hot runner which brand of hot runner you require.Q4: How about quality control in your factory?
